John has over seven years of public procurement and contracting related experience in the commodity areas of scientific, medical (veterinary), construction, MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations), and more. In his duties as a Senior Procurement Agent, John was responsible for soliciting, awarding, and administering contract requirements for Iowa State University and the Regent Universities. John brings extensive experience in RFP writing, contract management, and many other areas of government contracting.John works directly with Iowa small businesses to develop relationships with other industry partners and work one-on-one with businesses to better understand the complex field of government contracting to put them on a path to win government contracts.
As a Government Contract Specialist with the APEX Accelerators, John will be serving clients in western Iowa.
